Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping charges (India)

• Free shipping on all orders of ₹3,500 and above.
• Orders below ₹3,500: flat ₹100 standard shipping.
• Cash on Delivery: a COD handling fee may apply and is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. Prepaid orders never pay this fee.

2. Dispatch & delivery time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery across India takes 3–7 business days after dispatch (metro cities are usually faster).
• You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.

3. International shipping We ship worldwide. International charges and delivery times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.

4. Order tracking Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or WhatsApp us your order number on +91-93155 21198.

5. Delivery issues If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@kosaibags.com or +91-93155 21198 (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST). For damaged parcels, please share an uncut unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery so we can replace it quickly.
