How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard shipping across India takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major options — credit and debit cards, UPI and wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective deliveries. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a complete, uncut unboxing video — from opening the sealed package to the end. As every piece is handcrafted, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number for real-time updates on your delivery.

Can I customise a bag?

Not at the moment — each design is released as a limited edition. Follow us on Instagram to catch new drops first.

How should I care for my embellished bag?

Store your bag in its dust bag away from direct sunlight and moisture, keep perfumes and sprays off the embellishments, and wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Handled with love, it will sparkle for years.
