Orders are processed within 1β3 business days, and standard shipping across India takes 3β7 business days. Youβll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major options β credit and debit cards, UPI and wallets, net banking, and Cash on Delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective deliveries. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a complete, uncut unboxing video β from opening the sealed package to the end. As every piece is handcrafted, weβre unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Can I customise a bag?
